• You will enter a virtual waiting room until your doctor starts the call.

• Once your doctor invites you, accept the call notification.
• Make sure your audio and video are connected (test available).
• Join the session — no download required, everything runs via browser.

When you log in to our virtual clinic, here’s how the process works:

Accessing the Virtual Rooms:

• After logging in, you’ll see a list of virtual rooms or “cabinets” for each doctor or therapist. Since you’ve already booked your appointment on the doctor’s page (where you previously selected a time), you’ll simply enter the doctor’s virtual room about 5 minutes before your scheduled meeting. It’s advisable to do a pre-call test at this time to check your microphone, camera, and overall setup, so you’re fully prepared for the consultation.

Preparing for the Consultation:

• During this time, you can gather any documents you wish to share with your doctor, such as medical reports, test results (e.g., blood tests, CT scans), or any other relevant information about your condition. The initial consultation typically lasts 30 minutes, and in most cases, a follow-up will likely be needed.

Continuing or Booking a Follow-Up:

• If the doctor is available after your initial consultation, you can immediately book and continue the session. Our platform has an integrated online payment system, allowing you to secure the next consultation seamlessly while still on the video call, directly with your doctor. If the doctor isn’t available right after the session, you can schedule a follow-up at a later time.

During the Consultation You can:

• Share documents, test results, or imaging files directly with your doctor.
• Discuss your condition in a secure, private environment.
• Use all of the tools our telemedicine platform offers to ensure a smooth and productive meeting.

Booking Confirmations:

• All booking confirmations are automatically sent to your email, ensuring you have all the details handy.
